I lived in Europe for a few years and understand several languages enough to check out the international e-bay sites.
I'm appalled by the number of fake coins on these sites. Especially on the UK and Germany sites.
I sent a seller a note informing him of his counterfeit Confererate Currency. His reply "I have too many to listings". No retraction.
Another seller, to their great credit, bid high and won their auction to avoid selling this 1865 Washington dollar!
