eventually. Let the education begin!! Jeremy-a thank you in advance for your fabulous article which I'm slowly digesting. JrG, same to you for all your wonderful suggestions in my recent camera/scanner thread. Is it hands down that the Nikons do the macro the best? JrG-I have this new bust half dime that looks like your icon and hope to make that one of my first posts-after I've tried a few practice ones.
Got a small sturdy tripod, imagemate reader and memory card as well. Any bits of advice from here on in would be appreciated. Anyone here have the 3200?

That's a very good camera. Nikon lenses are among the best out there.
Get an extra battery and a decent image editor. Have fun!
