Got grades part deux

Received another package from NGC today. No bodybags this time. 
The following are all from the same Proof Set:
South Africa 1954 Farth PF66 RB
South Africa 1/2d PF66 RB
South Africa 1d PF66 RB
South Africa 5S PF65
Canada 1951 25c MS63 (ex-PCGS MS65)
Canada 1943 50c MS62 (ex-ICG MS61)
GB 1826 1/2d MS64 RB (ex Colin Cooke. Coin had a spot on it that I was able to remove with diluted acetone)
GB 1821 Crown Secundo G6 (don't ask).

It was the most overgraded fugly looking Canadian 25c I've ever seen. I dipped the coin and sent it to NGC. If I hadn't dipped it I probably would have gotten a 61 or 62 on it.

If it were a more valuable coin, it should have absolutely gone back to PCGS on a grade guarantee.
