1898 S $20 Grade opinions?

This one may be a little tough due to the scans, but here is a hint, there are currently only a handful of these in this grade!

Looks to be a nice coin with a not so great picture. Probably 65 or so.

If this wasn't an S mint, I'd say (based on the image provided) it was a proof. IMO it has too many hits to grade past 65, but probably got a 66, maybe a 67 based on the strong strike.

GoldSaint: I'll guess NGC MS-64 PL, although from the photo provided it's really difficult to discern the reflectivity of the surfaces.

I know that NGC is grading $20 Libs with the PL/DMPL designator, and that PCGS is not yet doing that...

Lots of good eyes here on this one, NGC said MS 61 PL which is right on . There are some small bag marks on the face that the scan did not pick up, and the scanner also had a hard time with the fields, good job!
