    Wow, Bill--that looks great!

I was going to ask you to image it after you got it, because I wanted to see the difference between what you do with your set up, and me with my humble little desk lamp and hand held camera.

You captured the blue that's on it that my camera never gets. That's a good looking image.

I am very glad to know that it arrived safely. And as hard as it was to let that coin go--I know it is with someone who truly appreciates it.

Thanks again for thinking of me Carl.

Me and Carl went head to head on this awhile back on eBay and he outsniped. He told me if he ever decided to sell he would ask me first.image

I used the take the picture through glass at an angle technique for the image.

    Clankeye,

I can't believe you let Harold go.

It was kind of hard to let that one go, but basically it falls outside of my core collection. I enjoyed it very much for the time I owned it, and the beauty is now I can pass it on to someone I know and like.

For which I thank you very much and everytime I look at this coin it will remind me of you.image

P.S. More than likely this coin will be recieving a slabectomy. The NGC MS64 slab will be replaced by an airtite. Plus this way I can get an even better image of it.image

Much sharper-nice photo! I haven't tried your technique yet but I'll have to soon.

Hey, since Cosmic stuck in his sig line, I see it more now than when I owned it!
