Does NGC still use the "W" designation

on their slabs? And if not, when did they start and stop using it.

Thanks, Jim

  • What did the W disignation stand for. I have one of those slabs, but wasn't sure what it meant.

jeez, i'd hope not. 1 of THE STUPIDEST "innovations" by an plastic co. ranking just a hair below that is that ridiculous "star".

  • W stood for white. They also got rid of T for Toned and started the star designation.
