questions for a silver eagle collector ! pic up now

i have a silver eagle that looks a little bit strange and i would like to ask someone qusetions about it .look between the l and e on liberty and you will see a yellow spot and there is alot of little ones on it as well . thank you

it is a 2000 silver eagle graded ms69 by pcgs but it has funny looking dull yellow spots on it . it does not look like toning to me but like someone spilled something on it . have you seen any other eagles that look like they have dull yellow spots on them ?

Sounds like surface contamination... Could be anything, wax, grease, etc.

Has something to do with poor planchet rinsing by the mint. This type of spotting on Silver Eagles is not uncommon.
