What grade did PCGS give it?? Does it look recently dipped?? What is/causes the small spotting on the coin?? Your comments appreciated !!

I agree with bear that it's been dipped and retoned. The spotting appears to come from the original toning and not from a bad rinse though. MS62 is the grade I would say it is although it looks nicer. mike

I don't see a lot of contact marks, which is unusual for an Unc. Barber Half.
The odd markings on the obverse look a bit like "milk spots" I've seen on some Peace $s. I've never seen them on Barber Halves before. I can only guess they are residue of some sort. If they are not really ugly, this can be better than an MS 63. Most Barber Halves in 3 are nasty coins, INO.

It is so hard to grade a coin from such images, but I know it is always done for fun. My guess is MS64 or MS 63.
