Going Yeti in the A.M.

It's about that time people....Sweden and Germany beckon me. I leave at 0700 tomorrow for the airport and will be back the night of the 27th. I'll try to get on and say hi sometime during the two weeks if I can. I'll miss your banter.... image

No nail clipper, box cutters, scissors, matches, perscription pills, anti-anybody books, spurs (plays hell if you're a cowboy), backscratcher,
shoe horn, power stapler, hand stapler (you never know when you can shoot them as a weapon), are you getting my drift? We don't want you interred for a vague length of time in a dank cell.

Bring back the Goetz!! By the way, is bringing them back in any quantity a customs problem?

My wife flew from Buf to Pitts to Raleigh with a metal, pointed nail file in her purse (she had forgotten it was in there) last year. No one ever said a word.

The dogs aren't trained to sniff coin metal yet. Try not to act suspicious. In fact, don't even think that you might be acting suspicious.

    In other words, stay cool!

Enjoy your trip Scott, this kind of experience (across northern Europe with a convertible) comes rarely more than once in a lifetime.
I wish that the weather will be on your side, but if it won't,
don't hesitate to make a detour to Athens. image
