What happened to COIN TELEVISON?

Does anyone know why the web site www.cointelevision.com LINK seems to be stuck? For a while it had some pretty decent stuff going on. Usually I could only get audio and not video but it just seems to sit there and do nothing (kinda like Russ) now.

    The guy that ran it now has been hired by Heritage and he might not have as much time as before.
