Lucy,
That was pretty close to what the market was at the time. The early Kennedys have heated up considerably since then.
See the two MS67DCAM 1967 SMS's I just posted? Until recently, that was about a $600 to $700 coin. There's one on eBay right now that is bid to over $1000.
With just the pics, I don't see why they don't all make the DCAM designation. The 4th seems almost as frosty as the second, and the third seem more so. But the first is obviously a winner.
The third one will visit PCGS again some day. It should be in a DCAM holder. The fourth one is on the cusp but has substantial hairlining, so it'll stay in the holder as a very upper end cameo.

I wish PCGS would have thought that and graded them all the same as the first one.

They have been selling very well lately, and bringing stronger prices than we've seen for 18 months.
Russ, NCNE
and I was still very happy....
but Ebay blew away my sale price....
Don't be fooled... the AH kennedys in a cam/dcam pr67/68 holder will bring strong money....
the coin I sold was a very lovely and stunning cameo coin....

Edit: Make that over $1100.

<< <i>Why the sudden jump in price Russ, even though thanks to you many more are being graded these days? >>
Part of it might be that we just hit the 40th anniversary of the coin. Another part might be the addition of the short sets to the registry.
