2003 silver proof set

I was just displaying the 2003 silver proof set for an individual thinking about getting into collecting... when I happened to look at the Certificate that comes with each set. The breakdown of metals... composition.... is listed as 90% silver, 10% copper for the state quarters... however, fort the dime and half dollar (which usually were silver- in a silver proof set) are listed as copper nickel clad, 8.33% nickel balance copper. Now, looking at the edge, they do not look like clad coins.... Is this a printing error? Any input would be appreciated. Cheers, RickO
