What's up with Private Messages

And, while I'm at it, what's up with having to sign in all the freakin' time?

Some pop-up blockers can mess with the PM function and I've heard that one of the newer Netscape’s will allow you to receive but not send PM's.

IdahoGal was having problems with PMs also. She couldn't see any history PMs.

I was having problems seeing my PM history for a while, but it seems to be working fine now.

  • Only problem I have is with my Google Toolbar's Block-Up popper... but that's easy to get around, you just have to hold CTRL while you click the button to send a PM...

I just received an unsolicited PM on this forum from someone I never heard of, re: the ACG lawsuit. The message advised me to forward the info to everyone on this forum. Looks like something fishy, so I trashed it.imageimage

Click on the lock underneath the CU Message Boards sign on the left upper corner of this page. It will porbably say "no new messages: next to it. Then click on View History, then select who who want to see old PMS from.

This is usually a symptom of corrupted cookies. Try deleting your internet temporary files, your cookie files and your history files. Then shutdown and re-open your browser.

If you have a pop-up blocker and try to view an image of a pop top coin, what happens?
