New to coin collecting, I have a question about a coin dealer

Hi, I am relatively new to coin collecting and was wondering about a dealer named Barry Stuppler out of Woodland Hills, CA. He always seems to have high quality coins for sale on ebay (ID verypq). Anyone have any dealing with him? Are the coins as good as he states in his listing? Were you satisfied with your transaction? Finally would you recommend him to your fellow boardmembers? Thanks for the input. I have bid on his auctions in the past and have always been out bid. He does seem to have some nice rolls of coins for sale and some nice walkers. I will keep trying and see if I get lucky one of these days.
