I would take it to someone who knew how to grade Buffalos.

There's some rub on the hair and on the buffalo's shoulder. OK, maybe my first estimate was too low. EF 40.

depending on the strike, i would say at least e-40 however if the strike is soft it could be higher, that is the trouble with buying on ebay u just can't tell for sure. I have collected Buffs for 20 yrs so I can't really give u a def answer, I can say that it is not in a mint state though.
