I searched FSC in titles and descriptions in US coins, and I found no listings. Of course, this cent listing here had no mention of FSC either. It will be interesting to find out what it is. Chances are it will be another third rate service.
It's getting impossible to keep up with all these fourth tier slabbers. One thing is for certain, this is a cleaned Indian Cent, look at the pukish pink color.
This one is new to me as well and I would say it is very recent. I don't think it is an NGC type slab, it looks more to me like a PCGA or CCGS (Capitol Coin Grading Service) slab shell, and both of those services are recent as well.

You really can't be certain that a coin is cleaned from the small Internet picture. Verifying IHC "red' requires a hands on look or an excellent quality photo and some experience. I would not buy the coin as a red however, under any circumstances, with a small photo like the one shown and an unknown grading service. Buyer beware!
