Does it look MS 64? Dipped or too hard to tell?

    Photos are not good enough to tell if it has been dipped.

    I don't like the way the luster seems to stop around the edge of the eagles wing.
    I would guess its a 64 if it has been cleaned,wizzed or dipped I can't tell for sure.

    It has probably been dipped, but does it really matter? The reverse looks a little milky but that could be from the die too.
    Retired dealer and avid collector of U.S. type coins, 19th century presidential campaign medalets and selected medals. In recent years I have been working on a set of British coins - at least one coin from each king or queen who issued pieces that are collectible.     Can't tell if dip/not dip by photo. Mark-wise it loks like a nice coin--MS64image

    MS63 maybe 64. It looks to be bad photography but may be a little overdipped,

    It is a raw coin on ebay, what more are you asking for?
