Comparing it to the photo in the Cherrypickers' Guide, it looks like it could be. Are the raised dots there? That's one of the diagnostics. I really can't tell from that scan. If it's fake it's a pretty good one. Plus it's not slabbed.

The hit by the missing leg does make it look like the dremmel slipped don't it? But it's genuine 3 legger.

The moth-eaten appearance of the right rear leg is also a good diagnostic for a three legger.

It probably is good, but you need to show us the obverse too. There are rust marks on the neck of the Indian on the genuine pieces.
