    That sounds too cheap to me since the common dates are $410 / $450. The business strikes for this date usually worn out, and the coin is much harder to find in MS than Proof. For that reason there has always been stronger demand for this date as a Proof to fill the slot in Mint State and Proof Two Cent sets.

    My guess is that most slabbed PR-64, 1872 Two Cent Pieces are prettty ugly. That's why the price is low.
