1942 Proof Mercury dime

This is probably the hardest coin I've tried to photograph. The obverse is completely covered with a very thin, glassy layer of blue toning with rose highlights on Liberty's face. I can easily see through the toning but the camera doesn't. The devices seem very frosty to me. The toning is thin so you can tell the fields are fairly reflective.
The reverse is rotated slightly. It also has a thin, glassy layer of toning but is a little thiner. The lower half is more orange. The reverse devices seem a little frosty, but not as much as the obverse. The strike is not that great on this coin and it doesn't have fully seperated bands.

Are the center bands split? They don't apear to be in the photot, but I haven't seen a proof Merc without them.
