Help!- unknown German coin?

Can anyone help me identify this? I know that Hitler was never supposed to have been put on a coin, but this is pretty elaborate to be a hoax. It appears to be gold ( the dark areas are from the scans), is approx 1-3/8ths inch in diameter, and about 1/8th inch thick.
thanks in advance, Kevin

<< <i>Hi, thanks for the reply. I got the files to attach, but how do you get them in the body of the message, like yours? >>
When you are making a reply, click the "picture" image on the menu above. Below is a diagram although it shows how to make a link rather than an image. Click the icon that is at the base of the arrow and then paste the URL of the image. For example, your image URLs are:

secessionistmedals.com
Anyway, the URL code that I use is a bit different:

"Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you." -Luke 11:9
"Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God is one LORD: And thou shalt love the LORD thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might." -Deut. 6:4-5
"For the LORD is our judge, the LORD is our lawgiver, the LORD is our king; He will save us." -Isaiah 33:22

Somehow I figured you would make a comment on that.

Collecting:
Conder tokens
19th & 20th Century coins from Great Britain and the Realm
-- Is that a proof??
-- Does it feel nearly as heavy as gold would be?
-- Is there anything on the edges? (writing/design?)
-- Is there anything that would pass for a mintmark?
-- What's the writing below the gate, left of the 100 say?
My opinion:
It's a chunk of memorabilia. If I recall correctly there were only two or three legit patterns with Hitler's ugly mug on 'em. The swastika didn't get slapped on too many things until 1936. There were a bunch of 'souvenir' pieces made during the war, I can't say whether that's one of them though (if it's proof the odds are thin). ...
[ Sorry, I just had to walk away from the computer and now forgot where I was going with this ]

Yeah, what he said.
My wantlist & references
I just got back.
It has the heft and look of gold.
The edge is serrated (been away from coins so long I dont even remember the terms-sorry).
There is no obvious mintmark.
The letters are either PROBE or FROBE
Thanks
I believe your coin is a fantasy issue. There are several coins with Hitler's portrait around - including some 5 mark silver pieces. As far as I know no coins with Hitler's portrait were even planned officially until in the 1940s when some very rare pattern coins were made. Your coin is dated 1933 which is too early to make it an official coin.
I believe that most of the fantasy coins with Hitler on them were actually made after WW2.
Interesting piece, nonetheless. I have never seen such a coin before.
