  • I hear yeah. I saw this card and well it is getting too rich for my blood already.
  • I paid $750 via buy it now on ebay which i felt was a little high on April 30 2003 but it had the best centering i had seen on a Lafleur Rookie in 9 and i was spending profits from my 54 sale

  • What do you think of this one Randy? I think the centering is a bit off.

I felt that 9 was a little off for my liking. Ive seen 4 of 9 PSA 9 Lafleurs and mine isnt perfectly centered its close. My PSA 8 Lafleur is perfect and thats why i have kept it as well for now

Wow. Looks like the $400 I paid for my PSA 9 Dionne rookie was quite a bargain!

$400 for the Dionne Rookie was a steal . I believe that card was listed on ebay and pulled the final day. Good thing i was ready to pounce and pay much more than $400. The other Dionne 9 went for much more than that one, in fact i believe that it holds the record for most money paid for a 71-72 OPC card

  • hey Randy, what did the record setting Dionne sell for? i find it hard to believe it'd be higher than the $1400+ for the PSA 8 CL

    Randy,

Don't ask me how, but I got totally lucky. I offered $400 to end the auction and the seller agreed. After I sent the money order in, I found out the seller had a received a $1,000 offer for the card, but he was a standup guy and kept our deal. You don't see that too often on eBay...or anywhere for that fact! I think the other one went for like $1,700 or so. I was amazed!
