It does have a cameo contrast. Is it noted that way on the PCGS holder? Still, the Walkers do not come in a true cameo. There are frost breaks in the eagle's wing and there is no cameo on the sun. A Franklin like this would not get a CAM.

I don't think any of them every have even a trace of frosting on the sun. I believe they can get the Cameo designation even though the sun won't be frosted.

Anyone have any idea why the sun isn't frosted? Perhaps it's because the sun's surface is large enough and flat enough so that the mint could polish the frosting away when it polished the other flat surfaces on the die???
