No you're not. You came here looking for an argument.

    Didn't you?

Ok, I admit it, Clankeye - that's exactly what I came here for! Care to argue about that? image

    Mark:

I'm with Clankeye--I think you came here looking for an argument! Plus you sold a coin I had my eye on. Of course, you also added a few more that I hope stay in stock for 2 months until I receive a (hopefully) large check, but that doesn't offset the fact that you are clearly cruisin for a bruisin with your first post on this thread.

  • Mark vs. Mark. I love it.

Ladies and gentleman! In the red trunks we have... Mark! And in the blue trunks... Mark!

No low blows, and may the best Mark win.

You tell him Clank! Got your Mercshirt on?

Hey Coinguy, I've got a nice bridge I'll trade you for the 68FB 39-D Merc on your website. I've got the clear title to the bridge right here in my hand. You pick the bridge, any bridge.

Congrats on the new Carver Clank!

  • Okay the bridge Mark linked us to, how about that color! I personally like my bidge blast white, none of that clash on my bridge!

Oh great, another Mark heard from...and this one can't even spell "Mark". There are entirely too many Marks around here. Therefore I hereby claim the title Mark the First, aka Mark 1. The rest of you guys can fight it out for Mark Jr., Mark III, and so forth!

Alright! Another mark. Hey Marc, that 24-P is at least 2 points undergraded, bid it up. I just didn't want to have to wait 90 days for a regrade, so I bought one in a more expensive piece of plastic. BTW, do you need a bridge? Maybe a national monument?

Mark, since Coinguy1 was first, and he already has a "1" after his name, I think he should be Mark1. Maybe you can be MarkX? X marks the spot?

Lucy, need a bridge? If not trading bridges for Mercs, or Mercs for bridges, please stay on topic.

    Fairlaneman, I'm trying!

Next week I'm selling holes for Howard Hughes Holes Inc. Need a well? I'm working on a deal to send a bunch of them to Russia, but none of the container ships will carry one. Something about a ship with a hole in it.

    Wayne:

If you check when Mark Feld registered and when I registered, you'll see I was first. That's why I think he should be Mark Jr. Of course, marcmoish was before me, but because he obviously can't spell (marc--sheesh) he gets a 6 month penalty, which puts him behind both coinguy1 and me. So, stop carrying around in your head one of those products you are selling for Howard Hughes. (In truth, I chuckled when I read the reason you can't sell these items to Russia! image )

    Ken:

Gad, I truly wish I could get this thread on track about new Mercs, but I'm currently paying tuition for my 3 kids for college--one is there already and I'm pre-paying for the other two. Fortunately I live in Florida, and the public colleges here have about the 3rd lowest tuition in the nation. I tip my hat to anyone who must pay a reasonable tuition because that's a TON of money. Regardless, all my Merc money is currently buying an education for my kids, which I guess (actually, know) is a good thing.

I think mark is really an optomatrist with his is it better this way or that way?

Would you rather have a MS-68 or a proof 68.? Would you rather have a coin with a hole in it,

Or a hole in your head? Would you rather have a brand new penny or a Seated Liberty Dollar?

What I want to hear are these questions. Would you like 50% off on this coin or 75% off.

Would you like a free coin for your birthday or your anniversary?

Would you like free first class air tickets with your coin purchase or Free Cruise first class tickets?

Would you rather have a free lunch or a free dinner at the next coin show. Mark is just asking

    us the wrong questions.
