I have a few of them in with my Morgans. They are $10 denomination coins issued by Liberia. The Liberians don't use them, they are Commemoratives designed for collectors. They commemorate independence from slavery as Liberia was settled by ex-American slaves. As you can see they were minted in 2000 and were imported by PandaAmerica and slabbed by PCGS. PCGS wasn't using the DCam designation on World coins at that time, however ICG was so Panda America sent their next batch to ICG because the DCam designation made them sale easier. So you'll see them in both PCGS Proof 69 & ICG Proof 69 DCam. They were also minted in Uncirculated so you also see MS69 in ICG slabs. I've never seen MS in PCGS slabs but they may exist. The rev design was changed after only a few hundred strikes so you'll see a Type 1 & a Type 2 with the Type 1 being more rare & valuable. The initial retail price was $49 for the Proof & BU Type 2 and $69 for the rarer Type 1. The secondary market is very weak for them. They also minted knockoffs of the US Trade Dollar, Seated Dollar and Peace Dollar.
Change that we can believe in is that change which is 90% silver.
