Afraid not. It's likely a business strike. The maundy set issued in 1887 still had the "young head."
It may also be difficult to distinguish proofs of this year from common business strikes since this was first year of issue. Checking rims is the recommended procedure, but the edges on 3ds are smooth, so even that easy check is not possible.

By the way, what exactly are Maundy coins. I've heard the term, and read a little about them, but I'm still not too clear on the concept
