I call him Apu, because he writes like Apu from Kwik-E-Mart speaks. Under his previous user IDs (which hopefully PSA cancelled), he fabricated libelous claims against a number of members of the board and feigned ignorance of his ebay identity - while trying to boost his own reputation as an eBay seller. Look for the threads that mention usa!usa! to get an idea of his background. He collects vintage hockey and postcards from some podunk town in upstate New York, and decides what he wants to pay for after he wins.
We can always hope that he irritates Mike Wentz at a show.

Why don't you take this opprotunity to refute some of the claims that have been made against you. Specifically:
1) Being banned from paypal for fraud 2) After not paying people and knowing his accounts are going to get suspended leaving negs to everyone in his path . Great for squaretrade at $20 a neg 3) Registering other peoples cards in his sets on the registry and having several people need to contact Gayle to have them removed 4) requesting chargebacks on his credit cards for anyone who didnt mail his stuff registered so they had no proof 5) Finally not shipping cards to people and forcing them to get judgements a year later from Paypal 6) Too many bid retractions to count 7) I am a Psychiatrist with a 24 year private practice in Connecticut 8) He purchased this ebay account from a friend

My account has never been suspended. I have only left negative feedback to people that have ripped me off on ebay and to nasty buyers. I have never requested anything from squaretrade. I had a bunch of negatives that a disturbed buyer left me because he was a fake user.
