So would this count as a "-1" on the set registry?
I guess this is one of those cards that's desirable in ANY grade...

Always looking for Topps Salesman Samples, pre '51 unopened packs, E90-2, E91a, N690 Kalamazoo Bats, and T204 Square Frame Ramly's
What kept this from being graded as authentic only?
The fact that it is fairly intact? The fact that it is a highly desireable card?
Just curious if there is a set rule.
Thanks,
Keith
These do I exist I also have one though although nowhere near as valuable as the Teddy hot dog card is much nicer.
And resides in my 29 KAshin Set . I wonder if it drags down my GPA?

Am I missing something? Unless the back is trashed, that is a High End PSA 1 or low end PSA 9!
How about a scan of the back? That has to be the answer. Beautiful card for the grade, nonetheless.
JEB.
Card has the overall eye appeal of a high end PSA 7 or 8 ... with one tiny detail a pin hole at the bottom of the card I thought this card would get a PSA 3 or 4 MK when submitting this but I was wrong. Probably the nicest PSA -1 (for set purposes). But it is a gorgeous card that I paid all of $12.00 for including slabbing.
Much better than Teddy over there.
Technically it doesn't seem like you should be penalized for adding a card to your set, regardless of how atrocious it is.
So if someone built a set of PSA 1's w/qualifiers they would have a negative set rating?
