What is deadline for ordering 2003 Silver Proof Sets?

Does anyone know if there is an ordering deadline on these. If there is no formal deadline, what has been the Mints policy in the past? Thanks for any information/experience anyone can share.

    From what I have read, they may have sold too many of them; and 2003 might be a "bad year" like 2000 has turned out to be ...image
