Not a very good picture, but has this penny been cleaned or something? It has a wierd color to it.

    Looks like it has clear glue on it such as Elmers glue.

    I agree with all of the above; ie: a Pug piddled Elmer's glue on it, on a hot day, on a sidewalk in Phoenix.

    It looks like its been placed in a oven to me aka shake in bakes. JMHO

    Wait a minute! That's the rare '95D Pig Puddle finish that was only released in Poughkipsee (or however you spell it) between 11:58pm and 12:01am, on 1/2/95 to people eating pretzels with yellow Gulden's mustard. That's a keeper. I'm writing an article on those.
