    I've bought a few coins from Blackhawk and I've never been disappointed with the quality. In short, Blackhawk has some killer coins!!!

    Nanda, the mystery coin in this case is actually two coins from the Philippines (pictured below). A 1944-S 20 centavos and a 1944-S 50 centavos. The dark area on the obverse rim of the larger coin is dark toning (not damage).

    OK...I'm finally back. Walked out of the house this morning at 5:30 to go to work and noticed that my van had a flat tire. With no time to change it, I used my wife's car to get to work and had to change the tire in frigid temps. when I got home at 6:00 PM. Take a guess what punctured the tire...one of those twist together wire puzzles that some kid must have dropped in the street. Most of it was still hanging there. image

  • That 'what-ever-it-is' copper looks to me like a Yemen 1 halala (1/80 riyal) dated 1350 (1931-32) Y-2.5. That denomination should be 20mm in diameter.
