Do you think that there's a psychological disorder if........

you peer upon your coin collection "DAY in and DAY OUT," as if you just can't absorb the BEAUTY enough?...image...Let me know if I'm alone.
What is money, in reality, but dirty pieces of paper and metal upon which privilege is stamped?

Sounds like you may be a collector. Yes, it is a psychological disorder but fortunately it's
    not always debilitating.

I'm a major sufferer of that affliction.

I'm sure my family thinks I am mad as a hatter.

image Hey little Brother-there's nothing wrong with you at all! I can tell if one coin is missing or out of place- I'll bet you can, too. I know every one of the coins in my entire collection in my mind's eye-right down to the last detail. Kinda sounds like Someone else we were talking about, Someone who knows us all by Name and even better than we know ourselves...if you know what (Who) I mean-He knows every star is the vastness of the Universe yet with all that knows you and me and each one of us quite well. He knew us before we were even a thought in our Dads' momentary "one track minds" So my little Brother,Razorface-there is absolutely nothing wrong with you ,in the least. Frankly-I have nothing but love and utmost respect for you....and you know exactly why that is! God bless you and yours! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year...Boom PEACE / Shalom

  • My wife teases me about looking at my coins as often as I do. But like Boom said, I could tell if something was missing or out of place with just a glance.
  • I like looking at the slabs as much as the coins.

  • Naw,

the people with the psychological disorders are the ones who stick their coins in safe deposit boxes and never get to look at them. I mean, what's the point?

Yes this is a problem. Get out your want list & buy two more coins & post them here in the morning. image
