PCGS submissions from Europe

Hi,

am I entitled (as a CU member) to submit coins directly to PCGS (without having to go through Fenton) ? If so, does PCGS include a note for the Customs, stating that the coins have only been graded and encapsulated (not bought) and therefore VAT should only apply to grading fees? (other grading services do that)

You can send coins directly to PCGS. Send PCGS customer service an email and they will explain how to do it.
