Hey...I just got an Indian Head cent in change
I couldn't believe it. I just went to the store to buy some Christmas lights and the lady at the checkout gave me a 1882 Indian Head cent back for change. The coin is only a good, but I can't remember ever having this happen to me before...and it probably won't happen again.
"Have a nice day!"

That's amazing!
Is it beat up at all, or just worn? A problem-free Good?

on another note.....where bouts you live Blackhawk? I've put about $3 in wheats and and worn down Indians in circulation over the last few weeks.
My sister gave me a 38S dime in VF last year.
The biggest find was many years ago when my father was teaching, he brought me an 1831 Capped Bust dime in either F 02 or AG 03. I have no idea where he got it (yes, I still have the coin).

how would you grade it if you could just barely make out the 2 and 0 in the date.
G4? AG3?
wouldnt a readable date make it a G4?
or does it need to be full readable date.
