Yes, in fact all body bags not just PCGS. Older ones can be very hard to come by because as so many here have indicated they throw them away. Most people don't want to admit their coin is a body bag candidate so they dispose of the BB and then either sell the coin raw or submit it elsewhere. I don't submit myself so have to depend on others for my body bags. A few people here have been nice enough to send them to me when I've asked for them. And of course BB from the lower tier services are even harder to come by since fewer people here submit to them.
