1.SGS Sucks, treat there coins like they were 20 points overgraded.
2.C Means Cameo,DC means Deep Cameo

You want to look for 1965sms DC and 1965sms CA and 1965sms.

The CA and DC stand for cameo and deep cameo. Its not easy to explain other than cameo has to do with the frost and deep cameo the frost and the mirrors.

    SGS is the grading company?

What does a PCI 69dcam = to in PCGS terms for nickel?
How about NGC , do they cross well to PCGS in the proof nickel series?

Generally such coins will grade much lower at PCGS but it's not impossible someone
unknowingly sent a very high grade coin to one of these graders.

LALASD4: most PCI DCAMs I've seen are plain cameo at best. Most are also overgraded by 2 points or more. I've heard rumors that nice coins have been found in those holders, but I haven't seen it happen in person.

I've only looked at a few proof Jeffs in SGS holders. The ones I've looked at convinced me I'm wasting my time even looking at SGS slabbed proof Jeffs.

I've found NGC to be a good and pretty consistent service. Their standard for proof Jeffs seems to be maybe half a point lower than PCGS's standard. They do give out the cameo designation for coins that are only lightly frosted. Their Ultra Cam standard appears very close to PCGS's DCAM.

If SGS doesn't even call it CAM, or DCAM, then you can at least be sure that it's neither of these. These lower tier grading services call everything CAM/DCAM!
