Calling on the Canadian experts to help me grade this 1937 Voyageur coin, it has a satiny luster on the obverse and reverse, one light scratch from the I of VI to the top of the forehead and another below the neck and tiny bag marks on the cheek, nicks on the rims.
The reverse has light bag marks on the fields. Please see the attached digital photos.
What values does the current issue of Charlton give for the various grades. Thanks for your help.
I have reduced the size of the photos, hope it helps.

Just after a quick viewing though, the rims make me nervous. It looks like there are some dings there. Also, the coin doesn't look like it has mint state surfaces to me. I don't know if it's been cleaned, but it has a "look" that makes me wonder. I guess I would peg it in the AU range. But, I am a firm believer that if you don't have the coin in hand--you pretty much just don't know.
If this was on eBay and the scan was what I had to go on, I would probably not bid much.

That's in Canadian funds.
I can't get the first picture, but the second does show rims that are hit a bit. I can't say that the coin is circulated or not; there might be some rubbing, but I can't seem to discern that. The luster looks nice, as does the subtle toning.
I'm no expert on Canadian coins, however.
"Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you." -Luke 11:9
"Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God is one LORD: And thou shalt love the LORD thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might." -Deut. 6:4-5
"For the LORD is our judge, the LORD is our lawgiver, the LORD is our king; He will save us." -Isaiah 33:22
Click on the first photo a couple of times and it will appear. I bought it off an old collector recently because of the satiny luster the rim dings are probably due to it having been dropped a couple of times in the past. I grade it as AU as well because of a slight flattening to the hair under the 10X glass. and rub to the cheek and jaw.
Thanks to all for your posts and Clankeye for the Charlton valuation. Good night or good moning everyone as it is 4.55 a.m. in Singapore, and I'm off to bed.
