  • So what are you going to do with them? Turn them into earrings?

They'd accessorize very well with a new lavender Slab Caddy.

Outside of postage there is a "special handling charge of $3. per box". I guess at $2.00 per coin you still can't go wrong.

You know, an earring isn't a bad idea. I have an old piercing I could probably re-puncture. Shouldn't be too bloody.

I just got the notice from this seller, and now I'm going to have to re-write my coin budget. They only charged me $1.49 total for shipping. What to do with this extra money? image

There's a nice collection of gospel music being offered on late night television these days. It would make a fine sound track to cruize eBay to.

What to do with the extra money - get nipple rings and put the two centers to good use.

Lordmarcovan sure was asleep at the wheel with that auction.
Buyer and seller of vintage coin boards!
  • I looked at those but didn't bid. I do need a 2 cent piece for my holed coin hat. But I did want one with a date image

So why not start a type coin hat Russ? Or maybe go for the gusto and start a vest?

    Kewl! image

I already have a "Red UNC" holey, believe it or not. (Well, OK, it's really a cleaned slider, but I "ripped" it, too, in a cheap junk lot.)

    Nicely done. image

Now you just need a hat. Want my top hat (sans coins and beads but with the swivels still attached)? I'm gonna swap it. I just switched to an Indiana Jones- style fedora for Holey Gold Hat II. The old Holey Gold Hat (the top hat seen in my icon) will of course be without gold coins, but I will probably put some other spare holey coins on the swivels before I swap it. With the 1798 cent and those two centers, you've got a respectable start toward a holey coin garment of some sort. image

    Relayer,

I had those pups on my snipe list as soon as they went live. I thought for sure your post was going to screw me out of this monster acquisition! image

I guess that's what I get for "going Yeti" for the last several days.

Ah, well. I probably wouldn't have bid on 'em, anyway, 'cause I have two higher-grade holeys already.

    Nice grab, though. image

Yeah, you'd think you would have had to at least pay $1.04 for them image

With a closing cost of .99 cents and an additional $3.00 tacked on for "handling" along with the $1.49 for postage you would think SOMEONE among the hundred or so people who visited this auction someone would have stepped up! image
