look what I got in the mail from ANRarities auction

1920d ms65- This coin is unbelieable looking, the color and strike is much better than the image. Anyone else receive coins in the mail? if so let's show them off.imageimageimage

That's a beauty, for sure. But do you like it better than this one?

Sorry, MrEureka. As I'm sure you already know, there's just the one Buffalo struck on a copper five-cent planchet. Holding out for full red is fruitless! image

  • Whats that going on above the buff's hip to the rim?

You have that coin now I was wondering who bought it. That is a nice coin and I wish I still had it. Now let me see if I have a coin or two for a trade, I'll be right back.

caitlin, I most certainly do not have that copper Buff! image I thought it was still yours, which is why I posted it in your thread! I didn't know you let it go.

At first I thought it was a die crack but I think it's some type of foreign matter. Perhaps string or something was in the die when it was struck.

Struck through string. Does that make it silly string?
