I agree that the 63 Frankie is the best one (for my tastes) even though it is a Frankie and I like the other bald ugly guy on a higher denomination coin ... I am contiplating going to the show tomorrow (after I take the Mrs to Perkins for breakfast, right next to the mall) ...
that's a nice group. it's good that you didn'y just find one, it would have been so lonely.
i happened to stop in at my local shop this morning while i was doing laundry and my pal was going through some stuff he purchased yesterday. he'll be moving at the end of the month so my pipeline is about to run dry. today i managed to get a nice white Kennedy that looks MS66 along with a gold toned example from a two coin holder of days gone by. he had a group of mint/proof sets that i grabbed a 1967 SMS with a nice group of coins and two brown box Ikes, a 1971 and a 1973 with good frost. it's hard to judge for sure with his flourescent lights, but they all look solid. he had a series ??1917?? two-dollar bill that i might get if he prices it right.
it's all a matter of timing. i'm gonna miss him when he moves 30 miles away!! bummer.
I must tell you all,I watch Ken sit there and pick these coins. He opened evry Proof Set Michael had.It took two hrs.I just didn't have the patience. It was good to ride along with him and to meet up with totawl, charlieb.
Lucy I saw that 63,and I'd say (WOOSIER) PR67 DCAM with a shot at PR68 DCAM.IMHO and I'm not a Franklin groupie.

I love Ike dollars and all other dollar series !!!
I also love Major Circulation Strike Type Sets, clad Washingtons ('65 to '98) and key date coins !!!!!
If ignorance is bliss, shouldn't we have more happy people ??
