Has anyone ever encountered this?:
I picked up a 1961 Franklin that looks like a 65 FBL... but it was apparently stored in newspaper for some time , as you can see a mirror image of newsprint in the light toning. Will PCGS grade it or bodybag it???

<< <i>Who knows what they will do? What you should do is not throw good money after bad and not send the coin in. >>
From above it was already slabbed and in a good grade.
