Personally, I'd move on and tell everyone I came in contact with in a kind, rational tone that PSA just lost you as a customer and here's why... If they listen, great! If not, it's just another person that finds you insufferable. Either way you're OK.

I believe what Boggs is saying is true. I myself would expect an email from a popular company like PSA. It's the professional thing to do. Smelly, you really need to grow up. What's up with knocking people that live in apartments? Do you live in a big city or a hick town? Most bigger cities have 90% apartments, where as little towns have more houses than apartments. And seeing as how I live in an apartment, you are knocking me also. Boggs, I would just contact PSA and let them know how you feel. You are a customer, regardless if you bought a membership or not(smelly), you are still a customer. Smelly, you need to look up the definition of a customer. Just because he's not buying a membership doesn't mean he isn't a customer. Boggs has been on here for a long time. And by the way Smelly, why haven't you put your money where your mouth is yet? You want to come on here making remarks, why not back them up?
Boggs, keep your head up. Maybe PSA was really busy at the time you emailed them and the email wasn't sent to the right person. My advice, just re-email them. Let them know how you feel. I'm sure they will be understanding and respond, hopefully.

I dont mind an opinion. Even if you dont agree. I dont want the free grades I was more or less curious. And If smelly would have backed up his words I didnt want the moey I was just going to donate it. I was just curious that is why I ask. 2 free grades is no big deal yes it is nice.
