    I would rather buy big ticket items sight seen at shows. In all fairness, the few coins I have won on ebay were excellent purchases and I am satisfied.

    If you include dealers I've met via eBay/these boards and the coins bought by my wife for me, $1600.00 for a PCGS MS-62 1837 Bust Half, reeded edge. My wife bought it for me from Anaconda, the elder.

    My top five (all Morgans) are $2,400... $2,350... $2,225... $1,875... $1,850

    Didn't have one iota of problem or worry with any of them, and I'm happy to have them in my collection.
