That thread had a link to the pic of the ebay auction it's being sold in [I think it was a pilgrim, but I don't remember.

    just pushed to the top about a carver

    was in teletrade with $1300 reserve


    the guy buys it for $35, gets graded by NGC ($30?), shills it at Teletrade($130?), has it on eBay with a reserve

    he nust have a couple hundred bucks into it already

    I know the high bidder on the coin, as it stands. Not personally, but I know them as buyers of toned commems and nice coins. I doubt very much they would be bidding on this coin if they were aware of the history of it.

    This auction bugs me on so many levels I can't even begin. And I won't.
