The 1982 washington 50 cent looked like a ms69, at least as far as marks are concerned. Oh well.
I was a little worried about the toned Ike dollar being holdered, the color is dramatic.

Who the heck would clean a Washington Half? That's a little weird.

    A VERY good eye!

An NGC MS-67 cracked out and re-holdered at PCGS at MS-69!! Way to go.

    Congrats! Some super results.

They better stop this crap before they lose all credability! Trying to speed things up?

Im taking your word for it that you didnt mess with the coin after you pulled it from the Mint wrap!

I really don't understand that. If you pulled that Washington Half directly out of the mint packaging, I can't see how the heck or why PCGS would bag it for cleaning, of all things. I would think PVC would come before cleaning and even then I believe the plastic from 1982 was without it. It seems like they're playing a guessing game now. You should call customer service on that, the 69 is worth a lot of money for a Washington Half! I only have two MS67's.

Cherrypickincoin... I have seen alot of blue pack Ikes with PVC still in the mint cello. I have made 3 1982-D Wash. comems at Ms68 and 5 at ms67.

Wallstreetman...I did nothing improper to this 1982-D Wash. half after I removed it from the mint cello. I need to see the coin in the holder and try to see why the grader body bagged it.
