Seriously, nice looking LC
honestly that is one beautiful coin.
Actually it will probably find its way to the permanent stash. The patinization is so evocative of fine bronze sculpture that it just attracted me. I like the stupid thing better than a "full mint red."
It is just ........... pretty. (How'm I gonna retain my MANHOOD wit stuff like dat?)
I know..... I will look at it only during FOOTBALL season. Or NOT look at it during football season.
Oh darn, now I am getting confused. An IDENTITY crisis!
Cointh make people do thutcth thtupid thingth.
Now you don't have to hit the link to see the pic:
Other than that...
Ya, Its an MS Wow.

NumisEd- Maybe when the coin comes back in a body bag, topstuf will be ready to deal....

In memory of BL, SM, and KG. 16 and forever young, rest in peace.
The 1820 N-13 is the most affordable Coronet Head Large Cent in Unc. For a type set, this or the 1818 are THE coin for it.
Picked up an N-13 myself three years ago at auction in BN 5. The coin seems to be "all there" on the obverse; full detail & clean cheek. I can't tell re the leaves on the reverse because the image is too dark.
Assuming the leaves are okay (this coin was usually well struck), how this coin will grade in large part will depend on its luster.
"Seu cabra da peste,
"Sou Mangueira......."
(doncha hate that?)
How many times have we heard THAT at a coin show?
heh
P.S. I like the diebreak too. I only hope the bezel doesn't cover it.
