the way the toning sits on that coin makes it look like rub to me from the pictures. not attractive at all

I'm certainly not a grading expert by any means, but MS68? It's a lousy strike & looks AU. All the high points look
to have wear. MS Zero in eye appeal.

I agree- not much eye appeal. Dif'rent strokes for dif'rent folks, though.
