I'm certainly not a grading expert by any means, but MS68? It's a lousy strike & looks AU. All the high points look to have wear. MS Zero in eye appeal.

This is the second thread I've seen on this, and it's funny how the opinions are mostly negative this time. I think I was one of the few naysayers on the other thread.

Agreed, looks like NGC really messed this one up (by at least 10 probably 13 points.)
