Let's say a newly discovered 1913 "V" Nickel came to light....

and it was authenticated as a geniune mint product. Only one thing is different from the others...........it's struck 20% off-center. What's it worth?

And since it's a previously unheard of 6th specimen, I have to ask: Is the "fabric" the same as the previously known specimens? (Yes, I know the first five come in two subtypes. Some are more proofish than the others.)
