Got my first TruGrade slab

OK, I liked the coin first but the idea of having at least one of the TruGrades appealed as well. I have an ACG for the same reason, but that's another story.

Came from eBay and the scan was so small that I didn't bother saving it. Anyway, 43D Merc MS66FB was the grade and the price was so cheap that it was worth a shot.

Blast white in color, reverse is 66+ IMO. I have 67 Mercs in PCGS slabs that aren't as tasty.

Now the downside, the obverse has a large scuff, not terrible but certainly distracting, in the field L to B, as if were blocking Lady's vision......image

So, in PCGS I'd say 64 tops, more like a 63 slider. Given what I paid for it if it were only a 63 in PCGS I'd feel Ok with the deal, so no harm, no foul.

I'd say I trust them more than ACG based on this small sample, but that's not saying very much.

Anybody else have any experiences with the TruGrades?
"Lenin is certainly right. There is no subtler or more severe means of overturning the existing basis of society(destroy capitalism) than to debauch the currency. The process engages all the hidden forces of economic law on the side of destruction, and it does it in a manner which not one man in a million is able to diagnose."
