    If you check the populations of the Proof 70 D/C Accented Hair for ACG, PCI, ICG, NTC and Trugrade you might notice they just went down. image

    The estamated number fo these coins is somewhere around 100,000 pieces (Somewhere around 3% of the total Proof mintage). Given the prices that some are willing to pay for them, that encourages people to look for them and submit the coins for grading.

    If you think something is rare put it in print that it is and test your theory. If you really want to test the theory create a market for it. If it brings a premium price people will find the coins if they are to be found.
